2. Project Scope & Architecture Deliverables

The Service Provider agrees to engineer, configure, and deploy the selected digital assets marked below:

3. Milestone & Payment Terms (Ugandan Shillings - UGX)

Total Agreed Contract Value: UGX ________________________ (Exclusive of statutory VAT if applicable). Payments are payable via MTN MoMo Merchant, Airtel Money Pay, or Official Bank Transfer.

4. 14-Day Delivery Warranty & Maintenance Terms

14-Day Defect Warranty: BilalWeb provides a strict 14-day defect-free guarantee following final handover. Any code anomalies, responsive viewport issues, or payment webhook failures will be resolved at zero additional charge within 24 hours.
Client Review Turnaround: To maintain delivery speed, the Client agrees to provide feedback on milestone submissions within 48 business hours.
Change Orders: Features requested outside the demarcated Scope in Section 2 will be quoted under a formal supplemental addendum before engineering.

5. Intellectual Property & Asset Ownership

Upon receipt of 100% full settlement of all project milestones, all proprietary source code, graphical elements, database schemas, and administrative domain rights are assigned completely and exclusively to the Client. BilalWeb reserves the right to reference the completed platform in professional agency case studies and portfolio showcases.

6. Confidentiality & Data Protection

Both parties agree to uphold strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary customer lists, member financial ledgers, and operational credentials in full compliance with the Data Protection and Privacy Act of Uganda (2019).

7. Formal Execution & Signatures

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and accept the full terms, scopes, milestones, and warranties specified in this Agreement:
