By accessing and using the BilalWeb website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
BilalWeb provides web design, e-commerce, business systems, SACCO systems, WhatsApp commerce, SEO and marketing, and graphic design services to businesses in Uganda. The specific scope of each project will be defined in a separate proposal or agreement.
Each project's scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing will be agreed upon in writing before work begins. Any changes or additions to the agreed scope may result in additional charges and adjusted timelines.
We accept payments via MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, bank transfer, and cash. Payment schedules are as follows:
Prices are quoted in Ugandan Shillings (UGX) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
To ensure timely project delivery, the client agrees to:
Each package includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the agreed number will be billed at an hourly rate. The client must approve designs and deliverables in writing before the project proceeds to the next phase.
Each package includes a specified support period after launch. Support covers bug fixes and minor updates. New features, major changes, or work beyond the support period will be billed separately. Ongoing maintenance plans are available upon request.
Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final delivered work. BilalWeb retains the right to display completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the project. This includes business data, customer information, and technical details.
BilalWeb is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.
Due to the custom nature of our work, the initial deposit is non-refundable once work has begun. If a project is cancelled by the client after work has started, the client is responsible for payment for work completed up to the date of cancellation.
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches these terms. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Uganda.
